Impeccable & tasteful design, accommodating and helpful staff, and the perfect location (near the train station, walkable to many dining options and historic attractions). Breakfast was also lovely, with several vegan options. Feels like a serene but cozy art gallery.

The place is beautiful and in a perfect location. The staff at reception as well as the lovely lady at breakfast are wonderful! Rooms are spacious, clean, beautiful and quiet. Everything was perfect!

This hotel is wonderful! Our bedroom, the breakfast area, and the large sitting room were darling! The breakfast was huge and delicious. And best of all, the hotel manager helped us in so many ways, from helping us get museum tickets, giving advice on restaurants, and more! This was our most favorite hotel on our whole trip! Loved the design/decor of this hotel! Staff was so friendly and helpful. Extremely clean and loved their focus on sustainability. Breakfast was lovely. Great location near train station and very quick walk to Duomo and other major attractions. We also really liked the electronic code entry and felt very safe. Would absolutely stay here again.

Absolutely beautiful hotel. Spotlessly clean, really immaculate. Amazing, friendly service but a lot of privacy and peace and quiet. Lovely breakfast and amazing living room space for afternoon tea or drinks. Just perfect!

Tastefully decorated in a modern , upscale way. All the included amenities were thoughtful ( slippers, shampoo, conditioner, water bottle, mosquito plugin repellent,). The location was excellent within 10 min walk to the Duomo . Breakfast buffet much better than average, with choice of fresh fruit, and vegetables as well as usual items( cheese , cold cuts , baked goods and eggs prepared to order.) The room was quiet , looking over the low roof tops in the back of the building, away from the bustling street.
